TOURNAMENT FORMAT: Individual match play, full handicap. Competition is
open to all classes.
QUALIFICATION: Qualification begins on Tuesday, June 10 2008.and ends on Sunday, June 22 2008. One round of metal play full handicap. The 32 Low Net scores qualify. Competition begins Tuesday, July 1 2008 and will continue through Sunday, July 27, 2008.. Finals to commence on Tuesday, July 29, 2008. & concludes on Sunday, August 3 2008.
RULES FOR QUALIFICATION:
1. Each contestant must posses a bonafide handicap from ELMA MEADOWS at the
Time the qualifying round is played.
2. Each contestant must play their qualifying round with an ELMA MEADOWS CLUB MEMBER and have that member attest scorecard.
3. The scorecards from all qualifying rounds must be dated, signed, attested, and deposited in the special major’s tournament scorecard box provided.
4. If not all members of the group are playing their qualification round at the same time, the scorecard must state which scores are to be considered.
5. If a qualification round is played in conjunction with any other competition (weekly event etc.) a duplicate scorecard must be submitted. A card is submitted to both the weekly tournament box and the major’s tournament box.
6. Each contestant is responsible for:
• Signing and dating the registration sheet before the round is played.
• Posting their score after the round is played.
• Totaling, signing, attesting, and dating the scorecard before turning the card in.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION-NO EXCEPTION.
